Does anyone have a good digital camera for underwater as well as above water?
I don’t want a camera that turns out to have poor quality photos above water, or that leaks and it ruined by the water.
Help?

Both Olympus (SW series) and Pentax make underwater P&S cameras that are affordable.
The depths they can “dive” runs from 3 to 10 meters.
